Hotel Aktinia - Sunny Beach

We had a superb stay with spacious rooms and tasty all-inclusive meals. The outdoor pool and sun loungers made for perfect relaxation spots after a day at the beach. Just a heads up, the evening entertainment could use some improvement, but overall, it was a blast! 🌞

Family friendly experience

The hotel staff treated us like family! I remember one evening, the kind bar staff prepared a special drink for my son-it was a little touch but meant a lot to us.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Everything was clean and the pool area had plenty of loungers available. be careful of the wetroom. It gets slippery.

The buffet featured an excellent selection of delicious dishes, and the staff was cute. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, providing ample comfort for our family. The pool area felt cramped at times due to limited sunbeds, and the evening entertainment could use some enhancement to engage children more effectively. We found a need for more varied dessert options to round off the meals.

The hotel is super clean and has very good free Wi-Fi. The friendly staff,, and we loved that the location was at the quieter end of Sunny Beach. Plus, there's a ton of supermarkets, bars, and eateries nearby!...  

Aktinia is a fantastic place for a relaxing holiday, just a short walk from the sea. Our beautiful double room was spacious for our family of four, and the outdoor swimming pool was great, especially the safe area for kids....  

The location between Nesebar and Sunny Beach is convenient.

Upon arrival, I was shocked to find no mosquito nets on the balcony, which led to a horrible mosquito situation. The pool was always full. To add to the frustration, the hair dryer was missing in the room, leaving us with no choice but to borrow one from reception .

The hotel is conveniently located close to Cacao Beach. The food served is delicious, and the staff is genuinely friendly and always ready to help. Our studio room was actually roomy, ideal for our family with a little girl. We greatly appreciated...  

I appreciated the clean and modern room equipped with effective air conditioning and a mini fridge, which enhanced our comfort. The pool area felt cramped due to the limited number of sunbeds was great. While the buffet offered a variety of food options, the temperature of the dishes could use improvement.

The pool was always packed, especially during peak hours, uninviting at times. Our room lacked essential items like a hairdryer and kettle, which should be standard in any setup. The balconies had no mosquito nets, a concern given the local mosquito population, and the noise from the street could be bothersome during the night. Parking was a hassle. You had to pay daily and often struggled to find a spot available. Food temperature was inconsistent, and drinks at the bar were served in wet glasses due to a shortage of proper ones. Lastly, the evening entertainment options left much to be desired. They could really step things up for a more lively experience.

Great for fams

The kids loved the pool area, and the poolside snack bar was a lifesaver-hot dogs and ice cream on demand! Rooms were decent, but it could get noisy at night. Staff was friendly, though a few seemed off. Overall good vibes!
